Secretary General

Honourable Delegates,

I am privileged to take on the position of your Secretary-General for this yearly convention. Kumarans Model United Nations celebrates its 12th anniversary, promising even loftier standards than ever before. This event provides an opportunity for vigorous exchanges on universal societal challenges.

This year, KMUN is prepared to surpass all expectations, supported by a distinguished Executive Board and transformative committees fostering analytical and imaginative thinking among delegates. Further, we are diligently striving to offer rewarding and uplifting opportunities for students from underprivileged backgrounds. KMUN 2024 is set to be the most significant Model UN Conference in Bengaluru, continuing to embrace students from schools all over the nation.

With over five years of experience in India's largest Model UNs, I have had the pleasure of observing the gratifying path it procures. At KMUN 24, our objective of forging powerful dialogues, honing public speaking and leadership skills has escalated to extraordinary heights, encouraging a multitude of students to emerge as future world leaders.

It is my aspiration that you all approach this conference with a hunger to learn, grow, and succeed. Apart from endorsing fruitful discussions and team unity, I encourage you all to tap into your competitive spirit. Take the opportunity to learn from each other, challenge the conventional, and aim for superiority in each debate and negotiation. I await the chance to meet each of you personally and witness constructive disputes at the conference!
